We also can offer a “Celebrations Welcome Pack” for any client who has something to celebrate. These can vary to include such items as freshly cut flowers, Spanish Cava wine, vintage Spanish wine, fresh lobsters etc. Prices will vary according to contents of the pack.

We will provide each property with an information pack which will contain essential written information relating to the Costa Blanca, Torrevieja and it’s surrounding areas. Activities listed, will include dates and locations of festivals and markets and recommended restaurants and day trips. Perhaps more importantly, the holiday maker will be provided with a 24 hour contact number which can be called should they need assistance with anything.

This will assist the holiday maker to have a trouble free relaxing holiday and they can make the most of their time at your property taking advantage of the events that coincide with their holiday.

We understand the importance of creating a good impression in order that the holiday maker may return year after year and hopefully recommend your property to their friends and family.

Additionally we can meet and greet them at the airport with a luxury eight seat air conditioned mini bus and transport the guests to the holiday home providing assistance with their luggage.
